Doreen Rainey has been described as optimistic, motivational, inspirational and insightful. As President of Empowering Moments, LLC she provides tools, tips and information to empower her clients to take charge of their professional and personal life to achieve self-defined success.

A content rich speaker, trainer and life coach, her style has been described as energetic, entertaining, straight-forward and memorable. With her no-nonsense style, Doreen provides practical information in a manner that supports action. Her message of self-defined success challenges people to tap into their gifts and talents – ultimately moving them into their purpose and passion.

With her poignant questions and thought provoking perspectives, her clients are able to look deeper into themselves to find out who they are, as well as move forward in action towards their goals and dreams. She works with individuals who want to find greater insight into their values and competencies, clarify and achieve goals, improve their personal and professional relationships and those who want a more fulfilling and balanced life - both personally and professionally.

She also lends her expertise in performance management, effective communication skills, and managing conflict to corporations and organizations through keynotes, training and workshops. Doreen is also an adjunct professor and the host of a weekly, live radio show on the VoiceAmerica network. She received her undergraduate degree from Spelman College and her M.S. in Conflict Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the National Speakers Association, and received her coaching training from The Coaches Training Institute.
